Together for Childhood
Together for Childhood is a long-term project working with local communities to make them safer for children.
Here on the West Marsh we are working closely with the NSPCC, to make links between professionals and the community to offer help and support for early intervention. This could be anything, from advice around behaviour to helping with finances. Our Link Workers, Linda and Amy are in school every Thursday 9.00am to 3.00pm. You are welcome to pop in and see them.

Our Link Workers
Hi, I'm Linda.
I have worked with children and families for 30 years; isn’t that a very long time?! So, that will tell you that I love my job and helping and supporting you if you are struggling, or finding life hard.
Everyone that knows me will tell you how much I love talking and listening and getting to know children and families. I am very sociable and I like to help find solutions through play, talking or whatever way you feel is right for you. I think good outcomes are gained from us all working together and talking about what is bothering us.
When I’m not at work I liked to go for walks in the countryside and look for the birds and wildlife, I also enjoy reading and listening to music.
Hi, my name is Alice!
I am a childrens services practitioner with the NSPCC Together for Childhood team in Grimsby. Before I joined the NSPCC team I have worked in early years, primary schools, and family hubs. I love creating new relationships, listening, offering support, and learning all about children and their families. In my spare time, I also enjoy being creative, reading, spending time with my family, and walking my dog, Sonny. I am very excited to be part of the Littlecoates team and look forward to seeing you and your families in the school and local community!
